Are Wryst watches limited edition?
Yes. All Wryst models are exclusively produced in limited quantities, making them exclusive collector’s items.
Once sold out, they are not restocked. We offer limited edition watches series of 10, 40, 75, and 99 units with the serial number engraved on the case back.

I ordered an exclusive Wryst timepiece - when will it arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery within Europe takes 2–5 business days, while international shipping may take 5–10 business days.
Goods sent with DHL usually take between 2 to 5 working days to reach most destinations worldwide.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment. You will also be able to find your purhcase invoice and download it.
Can I call you to place my order?
The only way to purchase a limited edition luxury Wryst timepiece is directly online. We do not offer the option to make payments over the phone - This prevents us from unintentionally accepting orders placed with a lost or stolen bank card. We do not accept bank cheques, Western Union, cash on delivery, bank transfers, etc.

If you require a particular serial number for your limited edition Swiss sports watch, Wryst, please contact us. We will need the name and reference of the timepiece and can check stocks to see if the number you are looking to purchase is available.

I want to purchase some parts that are not available on your site
We have many various parts available for your timepiece. Bracelet screw attachment kits, various bracelet color combinations, different buckle sizes/materials are available. Should you require any spares for your exclusive sports watch, Wryst, please contact us.
Which battery should I use for my Wryst watch?
1/ For all quartz Wryst timepieces with chronograph function
We strongly advise purchasing a brand new RENATA 384 (SR41SW) Swiss Made battery which your local jewelry shop will be able to replace:
- Wryst Airborne (Sold-out, discontinued)
- Wryst Shoreline (Sold-out, discontinued)
2/ For the quartz Wryst timepieces with three hands and date functions
We advise using the RENATA 371 (SR920SW) Swiss Made:
- Wryst Ultimate Metal Bracelet
We strongly recommend you purchase yourself the correct bramd new battery for your watch as detailed above either on Amazon or on Ebay. Then take your watch for battery replacement with the appropriate battery. Your timepieces will only run properly with the correct battery reference.
Warranty & Service
Do Wryst watches come with a warranty?
Yes. All Wryst watches include 12 or 18 months international warranty covering manufacturing defects.
How do I request a repair or service?
Contact our customer service team via the website. We will provide instructions for returning your watch for repair or servicing.
Can I replace my watch strap?
Yes. Wryst offers interchangeable straps in different colors and materials. Replacement straps can be purchased directly from our website here: Watch Bracelets
Can I return or exchange my watch?
Yes. Wryst offers a 14-day return policy if the watch is unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are also possible for different models or straps.
How often should I service my automatic watch?
You should service your automatic watch about every 3–5 years, though usage and recommendations may vary. Regular servicing ensures accuracy, prevents wear, and maintains water-resistance.
