Watches Wryst, Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

ORDER CANCELATION

If you wish to cancel your order for a watch, Wryst, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to sales@wryst-timepieces.com with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation.” Please include your Order ID number in this email.

Suppose we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you. In that case, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we had incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 5% of the total order price. However, this figure is subject to change without notice, and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be before receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made following the Refunds section below.

If we receive your order cancellation after dispatching your goods to you, you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us per the Returns section below.

 

RETURNS

Please consult this reseller's returns, refund & cancellation policy if you have purchased your product elsewhere than directly on our official website https://www.wryst-timepieces.com.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, it may be that you feel the product is not fully functional, does not match the description, or that we have broken the sales contract. In that case, you may return any or all items in perfectly new and unused condition with all packaging for a refund within 14 days from delivery, subject to the following conditions:

You must wait for our response by email before returning the goods. We may correspond with you by email to discuss the conditions of the goods you wish to return. Goods returned need to be in perfectly new and unworn conditions. When satisfied with your watch's conditions, we will give you strict instructions on proceeding. After you have accepted these terms, you can proceed with the return of the goods.

After our approval, you must return the goods to us by a registered/recorded delivery service (which requires a signature by the recipient) with suitable carriage insurance.

We cannot accept used, worn, damaged, or lost returns and reserve the right to refuse your return if our strict instructions have not been previously acknowledged.

You must return the goods in new conditions, unworn and unused.

All returned products must be in their original product packaging. If you have opened the product packaging, used the product, or damaged the packaging not to be reused, we reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund only. You must retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt if we require proof of the return in the unlikely event your return package does not reach us. Any import duty tax and custom clearance charges to receive the goods back will also be deducted from your refund.

For international returns outside of the UK, we would need to create a return under controlled shipment, so no import duty tax is charged. Please contact us to receive our strict instructions and your acknowledgment/acceptance of our conditions. Note that the return costs and also the initial export costs for your shipment will be deducted from the price you have paid. We will also deduct any administration fees and payment fees at the time of purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Subject to your compliance with the Returns section above, you will be entitled to a refund of the full product price of the returned product minus all shipment and administration fees and the fee we incurred when processing your online payment. The original delivery charge will not be refunded. We will not refund your cost of delivering the returned goods to us or any custom clearance to receive the goods outside the United Kingdom.

If we reasonably believe the returned goods have been used, you will not be entitled to a refund. You will be responsible for arranging to deliver your returned goods back to yourself within 14 days of our receipt of your returned goods.

Qualifying refunds will be applied within 30 days of our acceptance of your returned goods.

 

WARRANTY

Wryst Timepieces warrants the original consumer purchaser that the movement will be free from original defects in quality and material for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to the bracelet, case, crystal, or battery. The warranty does not extend to any parts of your watch that have been subject to misuse or accident. Nor does it cover a sports watch that has been tampered with, altered, or repaired other than by the Wryst Timepieces Service Center, other than replacement. Wryst Timepieces shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
